Job Description

Westcon-Comstor are looking to recruit a new HR / Training Administrator to support our growth in the UK&I and also support other training projects in the EMEA.

The HR / Training Administrator is responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to the HR and Training Department.

This role is based in our Cirencester office and is for a 12 month FTC but will likely be made permanent.

ABOUT THE ROLE


* Support and undertake the administration of training activities.
* Support business transformation by providing activities such as coordination of rooms, system access, and project managing all tasks.
* Ensure visibility of training schedule, making sure training is arranged in a timely manner and organized.
* Analyse and reporting of the training impact, assessing instructional effectiveness and summarise evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills. - By regularly running reports and communicating with managers to ensure employee assessment updates are given.
* Schedule administrative requirements for delivering training - ad hoc - all aspects of logistics.
* Plan and host virtual and classroom training - by hosting & distributing WebEx training sessions.
* Support staff induction programmes, logistics and work with managers to ensure accurate attendance.
Collate feedback to participants and management.
* Support and maintain in-house training facilities, SharePoint
* Collate headcount reports for training gaps
* Support UPerform and SAP process resources and job aids
* Apprentice Programme - Support all aspects of training scheduling, communication and logistics.

ABOUT YOU

Qualification:

Good standard of education preferably at degree level.

Experience:

Experienced in dealing with HR administrative duties, training administration support would be preferable.

Skills/knowledge:

* IT Literate with MSOffice.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Some project management experience.
* Prioritisation skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English.

Competencies

* Professional manner and appearance.
* Polite and confident approach in dealing with colleagues.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Ability to use initiative and understanding when to escalate issues.
