Services Renewals Specialist
Support for Vendor and Westcon Services Renewals
Chicago (Downers Grove) Office

Position Description:

The Services Renewals Specialist will work with resellers to create quotes and process orders for vendor and Westcon service renewals. This individual will work with vendors, resellers, and Westcon Account Teams to maximize the on-time renewal rates for maintenance service renewals

Key Responsibilities:

* The Services Specialist will work directly with resellers to create proactive renewal quotes in vendor and Westcon tools.
* The Services Specialist will process reseller renewal orders, including the entry of orders in Westcon tools, and work with Westcon purchasing and other departments, as required, to process accurate and timely renewal orders.
* The Services Specialist will focus on customer satisfaction in his/her daily interactions with reseller customers.
* The Services Specialist will serve as a resource for resellers and Westcon account teams on vendor and Westcon services tools, offers and processes.
* The Services Specialist will work with vendors, resellers, and Westcon Account Teams to track service renewal opportunities and provide progress reports to the Westcon Services Group.
* The Services Specialist will track service renewal orders and provide progress reports to the Westcon Services Group on order completion.
* The Services Specialist will attend vendor training sessions on services offers and tools and act as a resource for resellers on vendor offers and tools
* The Services Specialist will provide feedback to Westcon and to vendors on potential process and tool improvements and enhancements based on his/her experience handling renewal opportunities

* 0-2 years previous experience with vendor maintenance service offers
* Degree Preferred
* Prior Customer Service Experience
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
