Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and increasing sales of Westcon-Comstor's portfolio. This role will be 80% inbound and 20% outbound mainly to visit Vendors, networking events and some customer meetings."

* Achieve the revenue, gross profit and market-share targets in line with Company directives and objectives.
* Analyse and monitor the performance of the customer base to identify areas of opportunity and to pre-empt customer issues
* Provide a point of contact for Customer enquiries, expedites and concerns
* Achieve set metrics for outbound call activity and forecasting
* Provide exceptional customer service, and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations."
