This role is an excellent opportunity to join the IT distribution sector. Ideally you will be fluent in English and be fluent or native in another European language like French or Dutch or Spanish. As part of our very successful International Cisco Renewals Team, you will manage the Partner / Customer relationship for Contract renewals. The Renewal Sales Executive role is responsible for account & opportunity management, customer negotiation & sales closure against an individual and team target. The Renewal Sales Executive will be required to provide regular forecast data through our CRM tool and learn Westcon's systems & service processes in order to manage the day to day activities. This is an outbound Channel Sales role, working with our Resellers / Partners. You will be based in our new Bracknell office.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Record & manage quote information in CRM
* Close & negotiate customer quotes before expiry of existing Contract
* Review open order report & liaise with order support team to invoice opportunities
* Support Sales Account Managers for Takeover Business
* Produce weekly forecast in CRM (SalesView)
* Working cross line of business and with other departments on lead management and Tech Refresh
* Promote and train customers in the understanding of their Installed Base
* Perform regular reviews with Partners of upcoming Contract Renewals and Multi Year Contract savings
* Drive margin improvement and deliver an individual Sales Target

General tasks
* Act as cover for other team members as and when required.
* Establish productive internal & external relationships
* Understand the "Value of Support"
* Take on ad-hoc projects as and when requested by the management team
* Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings.
* Attend relevant training
* Attend all required internal and external meetings when requested
* Maintain and develop own knowledge of Westcon and Cisco product portfolio
