Job Description

Westcon-Comstor is looking for a Sales Executive / Renewals Executive who is fluent in Flemish / Flemish Dutch to join our international Renewals Team based in Bracknell.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the IT distribution sector and use your language skills to develop your track record as an experienced IT sales professional.

As part of the Renewals Team, you will manage all quotations and requests for contact renewals for Belgium. The Renewal Executive role is responsible for account & opportunity management, customer negotiation & sales closure against an individual and team target.

The Renewals Executive will be required to provide regular forecast data through our CRM tool and learn Westcon's systems & service processes in order to manage the day to day activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

* Create and issue customer quotes 90 days in advance of expiry in ERP
* Record & manage quote information in CRM
* Close customer quotes before expiry of existing Contract
* Manage cancellation requests, ensuring any credits due are acknowledged and credited
* Review open order report & liaise with order support team to invoice opportunities

Customer Service:
* Strong understanding of CRM and Renewals Process
* Understanding & delivering the "best in class" customer service at all times.

Technology:
* General knowledge of Westcon product portfolio offerings
* General knowledge of networking and communications technology
* Ability to use standard software: MS Office Applications & Database software

Finance & Compliance:
* Calculate and maintain minimum profitability requirements on a transaction level
