Job Description

The Presales Engineer is the key customer touch point within the Customer Service team and is responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and quoting services to the channel partners and internal resources. The Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for the pre-sales activity from quoting to time of order is received using Westcon-Comstor and primarily focussing on the Vendor's processes and procedures."

* Provide pre-sales technical supporting and quoting services to the channel partners and internal resources
* Support customers, the other internal departments with regard to technical components of Westcon Group order enquiries and sales.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through the timely provision of accurate information and quotes and resolution of customer concerns.
* Provide 'best price' quotations to our partners, through the use of SAP, in-house quoting tools, deal registration and deal management processes.
