Job Description

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer works within the services department and is responsible for providing 24x7 1st level support. We are looking to expand the NOC engineering team to aid in a timely and professional manner to our customers. The individual needs to be dynamic, enjoys conversing and loves to resolve incoming requests.

* Monitor system, network, application and service alerts
* Provide 1st level response to incoming requests in accordance to maintenance SLA
* Notify customer in the event of an incident and/or maintenance activity
* Ensure support tickets are resolved in a timely fashion
* Liaise and coordinate with team members to provide resolutions
* Document the resolution of incidents and problems
* Any other administrative duties

* Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
* Minimum 2 years relevant working experience on network and security devices such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto or any others
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
* Strong interpersonal skills, team player and independent
* Well-organised and meticulous
* Demonstrate ability to analyse situation and possess problem solving abilities under pressure
* Able to work 12 hours shift (Including Weekends and Public Holidays)
* Willing to be on-call standby as needed.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
