Job Description

Westcon-Comstor is a multinational value added IT distributor of category leading unified communications, network infrastructure, data centre, cloud and security solutions with a global network of speciality resellers.

Westcon-Comstor is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their talented marketing team. Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead and execute the marketing strategy for the NZ business, working closely with the Westcon-Comstor sales teams, key vendors and industry channel partners.

This role will allow you to have an input at both a strategic and operational level, delivering across a broad range of marketing responsibilities including:

  • Creating and implementing vendor marketing plans
  • Building and implementing the digital marketing strategy
  • Internal and external Marcomms strategy development
  • Brand Management
  • Event Management
  • Dashboarding and reporting
  • Managing Marketing Budgets
  • Team Management

Ideally you will hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing with at least 6 years experience in a Marketing role. You will have the ability and experience in thinking strategically to ensure an integrated approach to all marketing activity. You will be comfortable working with people to build productive relationships both internally with the wider business and externally with customers and suppliers. You will be an independent thinker and comfortable managing a team of people. You will hold strong communication skills and the ability to initiate, manage and deliver projects that add value to the business and their customers, while ensuring all appropriate stakeholders are engagement and informed.
