Job Description

Westcon-Comstor is recruiting an Architecture Marketing Manager to join the Comstor team. You will provide value based marketing programs / campaigns for our partners above and beyond the competition, enabling Comstor to be the standout go to distributor for Cisco.

These marketing programs should be recognised by the partners (our resellers) and Cisco that increase revenue and market share. You will plan, deliver and measure the specific architecture marketing plan with execution into specific countries (Europe).

The Comstor Architecture Marketing Manager will be a member of the Comstor Marketing Team.

This is a great opportunity to join a global Marketing team for this new initiative and influence our marketing process. You will be an integral part of the successful delivery of our GTM in driving consistency, innovation & best practises.


  • Collaboratively plan & deliver the quarterly rolling architecture GTM marketing plan with input from the architecture community, setting objectives, execution plan, metrics and sales
  • Plans to include partner to end user Demand Generation campaigns
  • Working hand in hand with the specific assigned EMEA architecture lead
  • Work proactively with the relevant Cisco marketing lead
  • Contribute to weekly specific EMEA architecture community calls
  • Contribute to weekly EMEA marketing community calls
  • Work with Comstor EMEA Marketing Director & Comstor EAMM team to align quarterly plans
  • Budget planning for architecture execution
  • Communicate the plan with the marketing community with best practise input
  • Work with the country marketing leads to ensure execution of the plan & review local best practise
  • Work with the EMEA Digital Marketing Team for campaigns (Pardot marketing automation), creative, content
  • Track and measure the activity for continuous improvement
  • Track and measure sales execution and campaign results
  • Provide stakeholder/customer insight on the market/solution/vendor


  • B2B experience essential
  • Experience of channel marketing
  • Experience of digital marketing mix, marketing automation/campaigns, crm/data driven, demand generation, managing budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be planned and organised
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with diverse projects - able to prioritise
  • Confident in communicating with various stakeholders of all seniority levels including C-Level
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Can work as part of a virtual team and work remotely
  • Self-motivated, determined and adaptable
