Westcon-Comstor is recruiting for a talented, driven, innovative and hands-on Marketing Manager to support our Global Customers. This is a new role to provide tailored marketing support for our Global Customers. With experience in enterprise B2B tech-marketing your responsibilities will include building value-based and measurable customer marketing plans, including content marketing and thought leadership, managing ABM programmes, event management and strategic bid support.

You will work in close collaboration with the EMEA digital marketing and vendor marketing teams and the Global Customer Team. You will have a strong understanding of technology and enterprise business drivers and experience of partnering effectively with sales. This is a great opportunity to join an evolving international Marketing team and play an integral role in the success of our global customer GTM.
The role is based in the South East of England, some travel will be necessary.

Your responsibilities:

Working with the Global Customers and EMEA Marketing teams:

  • Build marketing plan to support our global sales goals
  • Develop and execute specific marketing initiatives for global customers
  • Identify trends, opportunities for global customers
  • Define value-propositions and develop supporting content
  • Develop thought leadership and insights for the Global team
  • Manage ABM programmes for key Global Customers
  • Support the team with Global Customer events
  • Support the team with strategic bid support - presentations and sales collateral
  • Leverage and adapt vendor marketing programmes and campaigns for Global Customers
  • Report to marketing and sales management to demonstrate value and ROI

  • Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written incl copy writing
  • Adobe creative cloud
  • Microsoft office - excel and powerpoint skills a must
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with diverse projects - able to prioritise
  • Confident in communicating with various stakeholders of all seniority levels including C-Level
  • Can work as part of a virtual team and work remotely
  • Self-motivated, determined and adaptable
