Responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to the business.

Key Outputs

* To deal with incoming and outgoing post.
* Reception duties as required.
* Ensuring adequate stationery supplies available.
* Reviewing of stationery suppliers
* Filing as required.
* Ensuring supplies available within the company kitchens including loading and unloading of dishwashers.
* Providing refreshments for training sessions and meetings.
* Ensuring adequate supplies available in training and meeting rooms.
* Booking of training and meeting rooms.
* Dealing with facilities issues as required by Facilities Coordinator.
* Ad-hoc admin support as and when required.


Good standard of education.


Experienced in dealing with administrative duties and post.


* IT Literate with MSOffice.
* Good organisational skills.
* Prioritisation skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Switchboard operation.


* Professional manner and appearance.
* Polite and Confident approach in dealing with customers and staff.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Ability to use initiative and understanding when to escalate issues.
