For our brand new and modern Velocity Expertise Contact Center we are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people with a sales profile with a drive to expand our current business by proactively calling our current and future customers with the aim to build intensive relationships with our current and future customers based on well thought Marketing propositions that are developed together with our Vendors.

You will be working in our Velocity Expertise Contact Center with 40+ like-minded people at our Houten (NL) office which is designed to optimal support our people and give them the 'best place to work' feeling. As Westcon-Comstor is a big global company there are many opportunities to develop yourself within the Velocity team and within other teams. We encourage our people to make the best use of their talents and actively work on their career development by creating a Professional Development Plan (PDP), discuss the PDP with the manager and then put activities into action.

The Velocity Sales Team are a highly proactive team of Internal Sales Executives responsible for meeting both revenue and call volume targets. In the first phase outbound calls will be made to both existing and new customers (resellers and end-users), based on excellent marketing propositions and campaigns we're launching. At a later stage you will be responsible for building extensive relationships with 20-25 partners and you will be the first point of contact and exclusively working with 'your' partners and by frequent and pro-active calling you are constantly focused on increasing revenue numbers.

The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

We are looking for Flemish/French native speakers.

Your duties and responsibilities

o Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
o Following "scripts" when handling different topics
o Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
o Seize opportunities to upsell and cross sell products when they arise
o Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
o Keep records of all conversations in our contact center database in a comprehensible way
o Frequently attend educational workshops to improve knowledge and performance level
o Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
o Meet the assigned sales revenue targets
o Maximise the revenue from proactive call outs
o Delivery compelling and engaging messages to our customers
o Being competent in the use of Salesview and OneView
o Deliver accurate quotes to partners in a timely manor
o Ensure that all quotes are followed up and a resolution recorded

Your profile

You are highly self-motivated professional and have excellent language skills for the country covered (native level), resilient, capable of rapidly understanding and applying sales messages and new products. To be able to deliver excellent service to the country you're covering, your working hours and public holidays are aligned accordingly.

In this role it's very important that you built long term relationships with partners in order to be a trusted partner and have more benefit from (tactical) call outs. There's no doubt you have very strong written and verbal communication skills and Microsoft applications like Word, Outlook, Excel have no secrets for you.

It essential that you have a positive personality and can maintain an upbeat environment.
