Job Description

Westcon-Comstor is recruiting a dedicated Commercial Manager, Team Leader for the Comstor renewals business focused and rewarded on performance of the Renewals Team. Delivering on the execution of the renewals sales motion, Reporting; pipeline, sales, loss reporting future performance. Proactive management of the team and resources. This role is based in Madrid, Spain.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Renewals & Maintenance team
 Deliver on or above the target revenues and Margin
 Accurately report on opportunity, performance and performance load
 Recruit, train and manage a performance orientated motivated team
 Manage the team to optimize the results
 Agree and manage holidays to ensure coverage
 Ensure compliance with all reporting and use of in house tools.
 Make sure all orders are invoiced and opportunities closed down to meet month end revenue recognition
 Run system reports to produce renewal information for Cisco renewal maintenance contracts
 Produce weekly Forecasts and performance reports by country.

Vendor Renewals
 Run system reports to produce renewal information for Security contracts
 Receive vendor reports and cross reference with Westcon generated reports
 Interrogate systems & records to compile complete data for each customer
 Send each set of data to sales teams for them to manage the opportunity
 Manage cancellation requests, ensuring any credits due are acknowledged and credited
 Collate information off vendor Tools and follow up with sales teams if necessary
 Manage vendor support services mailboxs, responding to queries and passing over to sales any new opportunities

General Tasks
 General Manager for the team.
 Establish productive vendor relations to ensure quality of service to customers
 Prepare for and participate in monthly meetings.
 Logging of all contract data
 Attend relevant training
 Attend all required internal and external meetings when requested
 Maintain and develop own knowledge of Westcon and vendor product portfolio

o Ability to use standard software: MS Office Applications
o General Computer literacy (including external online applications)

o Understanding & delivering the "best in class" customer service at all times.
