Job Description

Build relationship with vendor and focused channel partners. Implement successful sales plan and pipeline management program so that the business achieves its sales revenue and profit target and improves its market share

* Achieve the revenue and profit target for respective Cisco technology
* Own and drive Business Development Plan - Plan should be aligned to overall Cisco and Westcon plan for the technology
* Engage with the Vendors Account / Channel managers on development of channel relationships and business / execution plan for the business.
* Build strategic relationships with relevant vendor staff and senior management team
* Develop focused Channel Partner to drive revenue for the key technology.
* Drive Channel Enablement Plan for focused partners
* Build strategic relationships with stakeholders of focused Channel partners
* Joint meetings with partners to present Cisco technology value / solution to end-customers
* Plan and drive lead generation activities for the respective Cisco technology
* Work with internal channel sales team to align vendor's and channel partners' objectives.
* Attend weekly sales commit meeting.
* Ensure punctuality to all internal and external meetings
* Analyse and forecast sales and business activities on a regularly basis
* Manage and submit weekly forecast and pipelines report.
* Maintain exceptional customer service and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations
* Perform any other project or duties as assigned.

Possess a university degree on any discipline,
* Working Experience in the IT industry is definitely a plus
* Detail-oriented, a team player with good inter-personal communication skill
* Able to work in a fast pace work environment with tight deadlines
