Job Description

Westcon-Comstor is seeking an enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about customer service! The relationship manager is the key touch point between our company and our customer Telstra. This role does require a high level of professionlism as you will be juggling multiple emails and phone calls from Telstra. You will also be responsible for servicing and maintaining strong relationships as you will be providing direct support and managing any issues from the begining to end for Telstra.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all high worth customer enquiries.
  • Proactively manage, maintain and improve customer relationship and provide exceptional customer support for all customer queries regarding the deployment of their computer infrastructure.
  • The day to day achievement of both individual and team MBO's.
  • Adhere to all contractual SLA's for Telstra, specifically in relation to response times.
  • Manage all queries both email and call based via a CRM Ticketing system.
  • Proactively manage all Order Management related challenges to ensure prompt delivery of service to our clients' purchases. This includes confirming configuration details with customers to assist in the order entry process and deployment of hardware.
  • Advise and educate customers on a range of IT products across all Vendors to best suit their project needs.

Skills & Experience

  • Two years experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent administration skills with attention to detail.
  • General computer literacy.
  • Ability to use Microsoft products.
  • Previous experience using a CRM ticketing system would be highly regarded.
  • Previous SAP experience would be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in ICT Customer Support with a focus on networking and networking technologies is ideal.
