Westcon-Comstor is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Executive to join our International marketing team. Reporting into the Communications and Social Media Manager, the Social Media Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our social media plans to support our corporate goals.

This role is based in the South of England at our Bracknell or Crawley offices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

* Administration of corporate social media accounts
* Implement social media content plans through key social channels
* Use social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring and reporting
* Day to day management of content editorial calendar
* Working closely with design studio, create digital content for social media that is visual and impactful
* Develop online content for corporate news site
* Support production and execution of social media content for regional vendor marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with subject matter experts on content production
* Contribute ideas to social media strategies that drive increased brand awareness and customer engagement
* Undertake research and social listening projects
* Work collaboratively with key marketing stakeholders across regions
* Manage social media content workflows and approvals
* Maintain social media policies and governance
* Prepare social media reports for regular management reviews
* Coach colleagues to develop social media skills
* Work closely with social media agencies

ABOUT YOU

* Proven social media marketing experience in B2B environment
* Experience in digital content creation and content marketing
* Excellent writing, storytelling and editing skills
* Creative thinking and design skills
* Passionate about wider digital marketing trends
* Keen to learn and develop marketing skills
* Strong skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* An analytical mind and natural problem solver with an interest to use data to optimise marketing strategies and tactics
* Customer centric, focused on understanding customer needs and improving customer experience
* Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
