Job Description

* Handle IT Requests via phone and email and enter incidents and service requests into our ticketing system.
* Tracking of tickets status and take care that resolutions will be resolved according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
* Update actions taken on support activities as well as proper closure of cases attended on a timely manner
* Involve in the root cause analysis and statistical reporting on recurring incidents, as required
* Providing clear, concise, customer orientated service to achieve customer satisfaction
* Work closely with Engineers, Sales and Product teams
* To perform administrative duties and assist in any other IT related duties as when required.

* Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
* Proficient in Microsoft office
* IT Savvy with a strong interest in IT domain and the passion to learn
* Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently
* Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin skills
