Westcon-Comstor have an exciting new opportunity for an In-house / Internal Recruitment Coordinator who will be supporting our direct end to end recruitment process for 4 offices based in the South East of England. Westcon-Comstor are a leading name in IT distribution with US$4.35 billion in global revenues.

The Internal Recruitment Coordinator will use recruitment experience and proven communication skills to engage with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. You will report to the Recruitment Manager and be a valued member of the HR department for the UK&I. Mostly, you will screen application forms, conduct telephone interviews, CV mining activities, check and process right to work documents and update our systems (Oracle). This role is based in Bracknell and is a 12 month fixed term contract with the strong possibility to be made permanent. This is the chance to develop your career in recruitment within a global IT Distributor and learn more about the IT industry.


The role primarily focuses on processing activity; the majority of time will be spent providing information, talking to candidates, data reporting and support the HR function for UK&I and other EMEA related recruitment projects.


 To be the first point of contact for all general queries
 Management of all general correspondence
 Handle recruitment telephone enquiries and conduct telephone interviews
 Log and screen CV's both direct and from agencies
 Liaise with candidates to arrange interviews/meetings
 Produce data for Recruitment MI under direction of Recruitment Manager

Administrative/Self Development

 Maintain employee and general files
 Ensure appropriate security for all HR-related information
 Assist HR Manager and HR Advisors with ad hoc projects and duties when required
 Ensure compliance with quality standards



Good standard of education.
One additional European language would be advantageous but not essential.


Some experience in dealing with recruitment and administrative duties.
