Job Description

We are looking for a/an

International Business Development Manager (m/f)

in Berlin, Paderborn, Mönchengladbach, Munich
or at one of our nationwide project sites like Hamburg, Dresden, Hanover, Dortmund, Cologne, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart

Main tasks:
* Manage existing/Develop new Global accounts in the European theatre
* Work in conjunction with Westcon subsidiaries to effect local engagement with project teams to maximize sales throughput
* Act as Prime contact for central procurement.
* Manage Service level agreements and contracts
* Negotiate Global pricing on behalf of subsidiaries in conjunction with vendors
* Engage with new Service provider and Global System integrator customers.

Duties & Responsabilites:
* Maximize sales opportunity with in the identified customer base.
* Identify Global roll outs and working in co-operation with the GT to effect significant sales volume.
* Negotiate subsidiary/theatre pricing on behalf of subsidiaries.
* Implement plan and measure success.

Business Management:
* Analyze, Prospect opportunities, in order to anticipate business levels, plan required activities and provide accurate forecasts at the start of each month, and with regular updates as requested.
* Analyze performance against subsidiary budget and ensure delivery of budgeted numbers
* Implement appropriate plans to effect budgeted performance
* Identify logistical services opportunities.
* Promote all relevant Product Accreditation Schemes and ensure commitment and adherence from the resellers across the programs' requirement.
* Negotiate commercial contracts and gain agreement and support from subsidiaries.
* Develop and maintain portfolio product knowledge in order to provide credible support to Global accounts and their prospective customers.

* Industry specific sales experience
* fluent in English and German
* decision-making, communication and leadership skills are essential
* five years of experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
* patience to follow through on protracted negotiations
* ability to perform under pressure and to meet demanding timescales
* willingness to travel up to 50%
