Job Description

This Inside Sales (office based) role is an excellent opportunity to join the IT distribution sector and develop your career as an experienced IT sales professional. We are partnering with very successful UCC Vendors like Avaya, Mitel, Extreme Networks, Oracle, Jabra, AudioCodes etc. and together to support our partners. The role is based in our Prague office.

About the role:

This is a varied role focusing on sales and resellers partnership development. You'll be developing existing partners and selling standard products/solutions. This is a specialist role and you'll receive training on the products and services.

You will need to:

* Develop a partnership and closing the sales
* Generate and provide customer quotes following our processes
* Follow up on customer quotes

Leading orders/projects to their successful delivery to the customers
Be proactive in operational matters e.g. working in new systems etc.

* Be a point of contact for all kind of customer / resellers enquiries
* Develop a good business relationship with our Vendors
* Maintaining communication/cooperation with other Westcon teams (Logistics, Finance, Purchasing etc.)
* Maintaining supplier communication (operators, car rent, office rent etc.)
* Identify cross selling opportunities
* To deal with incoming and outgoing post.
* Reception duties as required.
* Ensuring adequate stationery supplies available.
* Reviewing of stationery suppliers
* Filing as required.
* Providing refreshments for training sessions and meetings.
* Ensuring adequate supplies available in training and meeting rooms.
* Booking of training and meeting rooms.
* Dealing with facilities issues as required by Facilities Coordinator.
* Ad-hoc admin support as and when required.

About you:

We look for people who share our culture and are passionate about technology. For this role, you will need some Inside Sales experience gained in the IT distribution channel with an appetite to succeed and earn money. You need to be self-motivated and willing to talk to resellers our partners. The successful candidate will have the desire to become an External Account Manager.
