The purpose of this role is to develop and increase sales of the Westcon Cloud Services portfolio via direct engagement with our Cloud Service Resellers or by providing sales support and enablement to our Business Development Managers.

Skills and Knowledge:
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively
* High level of customer service skills
* Sense of urgency and willingness to use initiative
* General Knowledge in IT with knowledge of cloud, networking, convergence and security technologies
* Understanding of and ability to apply pricing, Gross Profit, discounts, margin calculations
* Good administrative skills with attention to detail

The following experience and qualifications would be advantageous:
* Tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience
* Experience in IT either in a sales or product management role is preferable but not mandatory
* Previous sales or customer service experience
* MS Office suite experience particularly Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel
* Ideally a knowledge of using CRM, or other database management tools
* Technically astute with the ability to learn new areas quickly
