Job Description

The Inside Sales Manager, develop and increase sales of Cisco and Comstor Affinity product to the assigned channel partners. Responsible for achieving sales quota, increase profitability and meeting objectives.

This role will be 90% inbound and 10% outbound to visit vendors and customers meeting.

* Act as a main point of contact for sales enquiries and quotations.
* Conduct cold and warm calls for new market initiatives.
* Liaise with vendors on ad-hoc pricing or discount.
* Prepare and distribute reports on a timely basis.
* Achieve the quarterly target set.
* Growing the business through identification of potential resellers, establishing, cultivating and developing new partners.
* Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source.
* Working with internal teams to achieve assigned sales targets.
* Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
* Perform any other project or duties assigned.
* Work closely with relevant departments.

* Ability to build strong relationship quickly and effectively.
* Strong negotiation/persuasion skills.
* General computer literacy
* Problem Solving and Conflict resolution skills.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Minimum of 1 year sales experience in Distribution and Networking.
