Job Description

Westcon-Comstor are recruiting a Service Delivery Manager who wil be based at our Bracknell office.
As a member of the Services Solutions Practice the Service Delivery Manager will fulfil a key role within the business unit. Specifically, the Service Delivery Manager will drive best in class practices to assist the department to ensure services delivery excellence. The Service Delivery Manager will contribute to a high performance environment in order to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

About the role

* On-boarding new contracts , Contract Administration & Management of Support Contracts from end-to-end: Activation, Delivery, Closure (from order to in-life)
* Ensure that data quality targets and customer SLA's are achieved and maintained
* Commercial Tracking of Support Contracts to include Service Variations
* Understand and utilise vendor support mechanisms
* Manage customer relationships for named customers with Support Contracts
* Collate and deliver formal reporting to customer regarding support activity and SLA adherence
* Act as a Key point of Escalation in managing customer expectations
* Identify and driving new business from existing accounts and maximise exposure of Westcon across those accounts.

About you


* Good knowledge of Westcon portfolio
* General knowledge of networking and communications technology
* Proficiency in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

* Technology experience and product knowledge essential
* Proven experience of service delivery in the ICT industry

ITIL Foundation, Practitioner or equivalent

Operating Environment
Busy service delivery environment.
Requirement to travel and work from Customer sites for varying durations on an ad hoc basis.
