The main responsibilities in this role includes providing high quality, reliable and responsive customer service when receiving and answering customer enquiries through email and phone.
The role will requires professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple phone calls and tasks whilst ensuring a consistent level of support for our high worth customers.
This position demands an accelerated and continuous training on Westcon-Comstor's procedures and systems, technologies and vendors.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience using the MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Experience in a similar role preferable but not essential
- Experience in the IT industry advantageous but not essential
- SAP/ERP experience highly regarded, but not essential
