Job Description

Westcon-Comstor is recruiting a new Contract Support Team Leader for our Services Solutions Practice. The Contract Support Team Leader will fulfil a contract supporting role within the Service Practice. Specifically, the Contract Support Team Lead will follow best in class practices to ensure services delivery excellence to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. As part of a very successful IT distributor, our Westcon Professional Services encompass site analysis, deployment and technical engineering services to expand partners' existing capabilities to a truly global level.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead a small team of Contract Support Administrators
* Lead the execution of administrative tasks to support department objectives
* Drive team and own personal productivity, utilisation and development

Contract Support * Manage Support Contracts from end-to-end: Activation, Delivery, Closure (from order to in-life)
* Ensure that data quality targets and customer SLA's are achieved and maintained
* Communicate effectively with all external/internal parties involved in the contracts to ensure service delivery continuity.
* Perform Vendor Contract Administration tasks
* Support the upkeep of accurate records on the contract management system and other web interfaces with Vendors like Cisco.
* Commercial Tracking of Support Contracts to include Service Variations
* Understand and utilise vendor support mechanisms
* Assist in the operational transition process for new contracts when orders are received.

Projects * Assist the Project Managers in controlling and tracking projects including meeting minutes, scheduling resourcing and reporting.
* Support Simple Projects from end-to-end: Activation, Delivery, Closure (from order to cash)
* Ensure systems are updated with delivery status and project notes
* Perform Project Administration tasks
* Commercial tracking of Projects to include Service Variations

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Knowledge * General knowledge of networking and communications technology
* Cisco Service Contract Centre gained from working for another Cisco partners would be beneficial
* SAP knowledge would also be beneficial
* Proficiency in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Desired Skills

* Strong team player with ability to manage and develop others, working with teams across multiple geographies and time-zones
* Technology experience and IT Services contract knowledge essential
* Proven experience of service delivery in the ICT industry
* Objective, professional & diligent
* Effective communicator at all levels - verbal & written
* Able to resolve problems and deliver under pressure
* Enthusiastic and energetic
* Flexible and adaptable to new concepts and methods of working
* Highly motivated to maintain and achieve team and personal development goals

Qualifications GCSEs level required
